About Ashtanga
I teach ashtanga vinyasa yoga as devised by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a complete system of health, well-being, and spiritual development, of which the physical exercises - the yoga asana (postures) are one aspect.
My yoga classes focus initially on the asana (postures). Classes are small and you receive individual guidance for your body and your needs, within a group environment. The essence is on developing a 'self practice' as you learn and develop at your own pace. Within my classes new students and more experienced students practice alongside each other
Workshops, counted classes (primary series) and teachings on the wider aspects of yoga (beyond asana) are also periodically available
