Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is the ultimate walking workout utilising a pair of poles.  Work the whole body while walking.  Strengthen and tone your back, waistline, legs, arms and buttocks whilst walking!  Improves fitness and burns more calories.  Different levels available for different abilities from gentle walking to fitness walking to sport level involving running, skipping and bounding!

 I offer drop-in classes, courses, and private tuition.  Poles are provided, groups are a maximum of 12 people.
