bespoke exercise programme service, which can include home
programmes, gym programmes, outdoor training, running, sports
specific training, stability ball and core control, yoga, Nordic
walking, health and fitness assessments, nutrition guidance and
weight management, sports massage and more!
I offer a
flexible approach with your sessions at a time and place to suit
you. Morning, daytime
and evening appointments are available.
I can come to you at home or work, or meet you in a private
studio or gym.
