I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which is a
traditional and dynamic form of yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga is a progressive sequence which you learn at
your own pace and build up as you are ready.
Ashtanga is a complete system of yoga, where we start with
the asana (postures). I
